Orientation and onboarding of new staff members
Maintenance of employee paperwork
Administration of current benefits (including PTO, Transitcheck, FSA and health insurances)
Assist with Paychex payroll
Analyze and assess trends in benefits and recommend adjustments in benefits to CEO/CFO, as appropriate. Create comprehensive human resources policies and procedures with CEO/CFO that comply with federal and state laws.
