Assist with sales activities including generating reports, sales materials, data entry, and lead generation
Assist the sales director on special projects
Monitor travel and expense budgets
Coordinate business travel and entertainment events for a team of 10 people
Assist with day to day trafficking and advertising operations tasks
Coordinate industry award entries, and assist with PR initiatives

Requirements or Qualifications:

Must have at least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a sales or digital media environment. Experience in Google DFP, Concur, and ComScore a plus
